Join the Fair Board
The board welcomes new members and volunteers
to our meetings and projects. Directors (that's a fair board member who is not an officer or advisory member) must be
willing to serve actively on committees, attend and/or conduct meetings, participate in projects and should expect that during
certain projects (fair week, fair prep and tear-down, the corn maze, etc.) their expected volunteer time commitment will increase.
Members must be at least 18-years of age. The board is divided into directors who are alternately up for re-appointment
each year. Lack of participation in meetings and projects can result in a director not being returned to the board. The president
may serve for only two-years in consecutive terms.
The fair board is a 501(c)(3) organization, meaning it is recognized
by the federal government as a non-profit charitable organization.

The Fair board is a volunteer organization dedicated to keeping the spirit
of the County Fair alive in Carter County.
The group maintains a 88 acre facility visible
from Interstate 64, on the west end of Grayson, Kentucky.
