The Master plan

 

The new fairgrounds were purchased in 2004 from the Lewis Family. The property is visible from I-64 and very accessible from US 60. Below is the masterplan for development of the facility. If you have visited the property, you know that each year the board makes progress in developing the site further. While the final phases are many years away, the board hopes to keep making key improvements that make the grounds more accessible and useful for all sorts of events.
